What we collect
How we use your data
- To run your searches, process files, and carry out the tasks you request.
- To manage accounts, secure the service, and support users.
- To communicate about your account and product updates.
- To meet legal obligations.
Workspace data and professional profile contributions
Eligible structured professional fields that you add or update in a Personal or Organization Workspace may contribute to MiraDay’s shared professional index and be provided to other customers for recruiting, subject to the policy’s field, source, and rights rules. There is no separate contribution switch; unchanged older records are not authorized for bulk contribution merely by remaining in your workspace. Contribution excludes whole résumés and files, attachments, screenshots and page captures, recordings and transcripts, private notes and assessments, messages and task instructions, hiring decisions, compensation, credentials, and confidential business information. Personal email addresses and phone numbers, home or precise addresses, photos, dates of birth and ages, sensitive categories, criminal and children’s data, and connected-account contents, extracted fields, and derivatives are also excluded. See the full policy for the detailed boundaries. What we don’t do
- We don’t use Customer Workspace data, contributed professional fields, or their derivatives to train, fine-tune, or improve our own or third-party AI models. Independently obtained public and licensed data is covered separately in the full policy.
- We don’t make hiring decisions automatically. Results are for your review, with a human in the loop.
Regulations and your rights
Your rights and how a request is handled depend on applicable law and whether MiraDay or a customer controls the data. The full policy explains request deadlines, possible extensions, retention, and the limited suppression information used to honor restrictions. Visit the Privacy Center, use the privacy request form, or email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights. You do not need a MiraDay account to make a request. What’s next
